The MMORPG EVE may be the greatest videogame ever invented. I end up playing Everquest 2 a lot more, because that's where my friends happen to play, but if I could convince them all to start over again with EVE I'd do it in a heartbeat. EVE is clearly descended from ELITE, which I loved dearly as a child, and its universe is sufficiently complex that truly creative play is possible. The articles on this site which bear the EVE tag are generally going to concern my ideas about same.
